Crude oil prices were lower on Tuesday, dropping while investors waited for news confirming that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will cut output. Brent crude November contracts were $1.04 lower to $59.50 per barrel. West Texas Intermediate for November delivery fell $1 to $58.96 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
